Rules for what counts:

  • Must take a course that's at least 6 units.
  • Double counting is allowed if it matches the spirit of taking a diverse range of classes. For example, 10.407/2.916 is about startup funding, aimed at scientists/engineers spinning out hard/deep tech companies. Since it's not really chemical or mechanical engineering, I only get to count it once. On the other hand, CMS.614/21W.791 can count for both CMS and 21W because it has substantial media studies and writing content.
  • These rules are subject to change.
